1、This machine adopts three-point oil pressure, which increases the pressure than the original air pressure uniform rolling, so that the fabric has a relatively very low rolling residual rate after rolling.
2、All oil pressure control displays of this machine are done in the touch screen, and it adopts SMC proportional valve imported from Japan to accurately control the pressure of the left, middle and right points of the even roll.
3、The machine uniform rolls imported rubber, durable, stable dyeing effect, reliable processing quality, with aging resistance, oil resistance, abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, anti-bending and other properties. Uniform roll both sides of the hydraulic pressure, the middle of the hydraulic pressure, the internal use of seals and bearings using imported parts of similar products group Taiwan, after rigorous testing, uniform roll sealing performance is good, stable hydraulic pressure, the use of the effect is significantly improved.
4、The high precision intelligent control liquid level system adopted by this machine has good operability performance and can display and set the liquid level height arbitrarily. This liquid level control system acts in automatic operation, actually according to the amount of liquid carried by the fabrics, constantly supplying fresh dyes in the feeding trough. The liquid level is guaranteed to be stable, thus really eliminating the colour difference between the front and back of the fabric caused by the change of the liquid level of the material.
